Samantha Barnett

Samantha Barnett is a board certified physician assistant who specializes in orthopedic surgery, more specifically hip and knee replacements.

Samantha completed her undergraduate education at Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis (IUPUI), where she majored in Kinesiology. She then continued her education and obtained her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Indiana University.

Samantha has experience in assisting with joint replacement surgery and caring for patients in the office including intra-articular joint injections. She places a focus on ensuring her patient’s questions and concerns are thoroughly addressed, and that they understand what to expect throughout their postoperative care regimen.

She is an active member in multiple medical societies including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. These annual meetings, allow her to fulfill her dedication to continuously improve her skills and knowledge, while being informed about the newest research and techniques.

In her free time, Samantha enjoys photography, woodworking, and traveling. She is married with two daughters.
