Side Leg Slides

How: Lie down on your back with your legs straight. Slide your leg out to the side, keeping your toes up and heel on the bed. Slide it back to midline. Do not cross the center of your body. Do not lift your leg off of the bed. Do this exercise with each leg.

How often: Work up to 10 reps, 3 times a day.
