Forward Step Lunge

How: In a standing position in front of stairs, lift your affected leg onto the first step. You should use the handrail or a cane for support. Keep your foot flat on the step, push your body and hips forward transferring some weight onto your affected leg, putting a gentle stretch on your knee. Transfer your weight back to the starting position and then repeat.

How often: Work up to 10 reps, 3 times a day.
