Standing Quad Stretch

How: In a standing position with your feet shoulder width apart bend your operative knee until you can hold your ankle with your hand on the same side. Pull your leg closer to your buttock. You may use your other hand to balance yourself.

How often: Work up to 10 reps, 3 times a day.
